The starting point.
I needed to find new distribution opportunities without relying on a continuous supply of fresh shoots. The work combined creative re-editing, account development, and platform-specific publishing.
What I did.
- Prepared newly supplied accounts, selected and re-edited archived material, and established publishing routines.
- Expanded responsibilities after achieving two viral content results in the first month of the trial account.
- Built and managed 11 secondary Instagram accounts while also growing the creator’s principal account.
- Managed the TikTok account and multiple Facebook pages exceeding 100K followers.
- Used Google Analytics, link-in-bio tracking, and native reporting to monitor traffic and performance.
Selected outcomes.
- Grew the principal Instagram account from approximately 600K to 960K followers—about 60% growth.
- Developed 11 secondary Instagram accounts to approximately 1M aggregate followers, separate from the principal account.
- Added hundreds of thousands of followers to a TikTok account that reached approximately 5.6M followers during the management period.
- High-performing uploads and reposts of archived-footage edits reached approximately 50M–100M views; a notable post attracted approximately 200K likes.
A content archive can become a source of new growth when it is re-edited, positioned, and distributed with intent.
