The starting point.
The starting archive was not a ready-to-run business. Images needed retouching and artifact correction; the project also needed video, account identities, a publishing routine, a route to the subscription platform, and a commercial process.
What I did.
- Retouched images in Photoshop and developed image-to-video workflows, introducing Kling AI dance-based clips within the company’s creator program.
- Launched four principal Instagram accounts and expanded the network through 11 secondary profiles.
- Built profile presentation, creative-testing routines, publishing workflows, link-in-bio pages, subscription content, and offers.
- Initially handled content, distribution, messaging, and direct sales personally; later recruited and coordinated remote sales teams.
- Used platform analytics, traffic data, subscriber activity, and sales reporting to guide decisions.
Selected outcomes.
- Reached approximately 5.5M aggregate Instagram followers in about one year, including two accounts exceeding 1M followers individually.
- Achieved approximately 270K new organic followers on a single Instagram account within 24 hours in February 2025.
- An original AI-generated video exceeded 130M views on one managed account; other uploads of the same video reached approximately 30M–35M views.
- Generated approximately $16K in project gross sales during the December 21–31, 2024 launch period and approximately $524K during 2025.
The work was not just making content. It was connecting creative production, distribution, and commercial execution into an operation.
